step 1: read the rules.

• your affiliate banner must be 88x31 pixels long or you will have to resize it.
  
• if we put you on static, we must be put on static. if we put you on scrolling, you must put us on scrolling. fair is fair.
  
• your site must be active. at least five members and someone on in the past 24 hours. (subject to change).
  
• you may include an advertisement in your affiliate post as long as you include our affiliate form in it.
  
• we must be put up before you request an affiliate here with us.
  
• your site must be clean of any bad graphic content, or we will not accept your banner.
  
• we reserve the right to deny your banner for any reason.
