rules
- you may have as many characters as you like, as long as you can keep them all active. if an admin sees that you are not keeping your characters active, the inactive ones will be deleted. you may only have one account per character. the name of the character played must be your display name. if you want to make a new character make a new account. that way everything will look neater and people will know who they are role-playing with.
- no sob-stories. sob-stories are where you make your character's life a depressing, horrifying past that takes the attention away from everything and tries to be sympathy seeking. bad things happen, yes, but be careful you don't overdo it.
- no fake appearances/personalities. no, we do not allow red eyes, so you have been warned. skin can not be green, blue, yellow, purple, or anything of that sort. just the normal skin color. make sure your character is appropriately dressed.
- all signatures must be less than 500x300 pixels or they will be removed. anything more than that stretches the page. avatars are best kept at 100x100 pixels or anything less. in fact, anything more will be automatically resized.
- any inappropriate pictures or content will be removed upon notice. this includes but is not limited to; drugs and alcohol (there is no such thing in mindota anyways), rape, sexual activity, explicit cussing, and images that show more skin than they should.
- your first character must be made within a week of you joining or your account will be deleted. we don't want a site full of inactive members.
- fighting must be kept to a minimum. if you are having problems with another member take them to pm and do not include anyone in the c-box in your arguments. if the fighting gets out of hand an administrative action may take place.
- do not whine, complain, beg, or annoy me or any of the staff into getting your character accepted. it's annoying and no one will accept the character if you bug them constantly about it.
- no double posting, leet, excessive chat speak, or spamming is allowed on this site. that is ignorant, or you are simply trying to get yourself banned and you will make yourself look bad if you do so.
